Beta Terms of Use

Simple rules for a product still under construction. These terms cover the demonstration site, not a subscription to or purchase of the application.

Version 1.1 · Updated 5 August 2026

Beta transparency document

The technical inventory of this site has been verified. Before any sign-up, telemetry or commercial launch, it is still mandatory to publish the controller's legal name and location, along with the real hosting and email providers. None of that information has been invented in this document. Referring to international regimes widens transparency, but on its own it does not determine territorial applicability, nor does it replace legal analysis before launch.

In these terms

1. Acceptance and responsibility 2. What exists today 3. Permitted use 4. Content and brand 5. Beta nature 6. Liability 7. Law and contact

1. Acceptance and responsibility

By browsing, you agree to these terms to the extent they apply to your use of the site. Mestre is an independent project in beta, with no legal entity incorporated. If you disagree, you may leave the site; access to the legal policies remains free.

2. What the site offers today

The page presents concepts, features and a demonstration of the Mestre workflow. The site does not process any purchase, subscription, sign-up or contract. A future commercial offering must present its own price, scope, support, cancellation and terms.

The main field is a local demonstration: the current code does not send the typed prompt to any server. Nor does it create a real application on the visitor's device.

3. Permitted use

Use the site to learn about the project and get in touch. You may not:

  • attempt to access systems, data or areas without authorisation;
  • interfere with availability, test vulnerabilities without authorisation, or distribute malicious code;
  • automate abusive traffic, circumvent controls, or use content unlawfully;
  • impersonate Mestre or suggest a partnership/endorsement that does not exist.

4. Content, software and brand

Texts, identity, interfaces and demonstrations are protected by applicable law. Reasonable links and quotations are permitted. These terms grant no licence over the application, private code or brand, nor do they restrict rights provided by law.

5. Beta nature

Content and features may change, become unavailable or contain errors. Feedback sent by email may be used to improve the project, with no obligation to implement a suggestion and with no automatic transfer of authorship over material that is already yours.

6. Availability and liability

The site is offered in a beta state, with no warranty of continuous availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or complete absence of errors. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that the law does not allow to be limited, including for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of privacy, or consumer rights where applicable.

7. Governing law, changes and contact

Brazilian law applies, preserving the user's mandatory rights and applicable rules of jurisdiction, including mandatory consumer and privacy norms of the competent jurisdiction. Relevant changes will be dated at the top and do not apply retroactively to remove rights already acquired. Contact: contactmestrelabs@gmail.com.
